Agreement to Terms
By using QuickStart Paramount Towing services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services.
Services We Provide
We offer emergency towing, roadside assistance, and related services throughout Paramount, CA and surrounding areas. Here's what you can expect:
- 24/7 emergency towing and roadside assistance
- Professional handling of your vehicle with proper equipment
- Fair and transparent pricing
- Licensed and insured operators
Your Responsibilities
When you call us for service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your location and vehicle condition
- Pay for services as agreed upon before or at the time of service
- Not interfere with our operators while they work
- Have proper identification and proof of vehicle ownership when required
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Prices quoted are estimates and may change based on actual conditions encountered during service.
Vehicle Condition and Liability
We take great care with every vehicle we tow. However, you should know that we're not responsible for damage that results from pre-existing vehicle conditions, hidden defects, or damage that occurs despite our proper use of equipment and procedures. We carry proper insurance for our operations.
Storage and Impound
If your vehicle is stored at our facility, storage fees will apply after the first 24 hours. You're responsible for retrieving your vehicle in a timely manner. We have the right to place a lien on your vehicle for unpaid services according to California law.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a service call, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if our truck is already dispatched to your location.
Disputes and Resolution
If you have any concerns about our service, please contact us directly first. We'll do our best to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. Any disputes that can't be resolved directly will be handled according to California state law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website with the date of the last update.
